Sebbin Breast Augmentation Story: A Lasting Fix After Supplements Failed

Key takeaways

Sebbin breast augmentation case: she had small breasts, and the effect of breast enhancement products faded whenever her diet changed. After an assessment with Dr. Zhao-Wu Yan, she chose Sebbin implants through an inframammary incision for a shorter recovery. Recovery mainly involved soreness; by day three she rode her own scooter to her follow-up, and by around week two her breasts felt noticeably softer.

"I'm Chia-Yi, I'm 21, and I'm self-employed. Since I was 16 I've felt my breasts were a bit small. The clothes I like only look good if you have a bust, and I've always wanted a curvy figure, like an anime character. I spent a lot of money on breast enhancement supplements. They worked, but whenever my eating was irregular my breasts shrank back. I realized dietary methods weren't right for me, and breast massage was too painful, so I wanted breast augmentation as a permanent solution..."

I chose Sebbin implants for a softer, more natural shape

Many people online say breasts look fake after augmentation, but that doesn't bother me. What matters is that I like them and clothes look good. After surgery I even told the doctor they looked too natural, hahaha. At the consultation I was torn between Mentor Xtra (Queen Wave) and Sebbin. The doctor advised that a high-profile Mentor Xtra would be too projected for me, with a noticeable round-ball look, so considering that and my budget, I chose Sebbin.

My body could affect fat survival, so I chose implants for a permanent fix

What actually prompted my decision was coming to NAISS for Triton laser hair removal. The consultant knew I'd booked a breast augmentation consultation before and asked about it, and after that day's consultation I was sure I wanted it. I also knew NAISS CLINIC is recommended by quite a few well-known people, so I didn't have many doubts. I didn't choose fat transfer breast augmentation because from past experience, my breasts shrink easily if I miss even one meal, so I felt my body would affect how much fat survives and it wasn't a good fit for me.

A fast recovery with an inframammary incision: back to normal life in three days

I chose an inframammary incision. I originally told the doctor I wanted it in the armpit, but he said armpit incisions recover more slowly, and since I exercise regularly, under the breast would be better. Sure enough, the incision only felt sore, like lactic acid buildup, and I could use my core to get out of bed, so I basically slept on my back after surgery, and I recovered very quickly. On day three I was already riding my scooter to my follow-up, hahaha~

NAISS CLINIC's recovery IV drips really eased the soreness

Before surgery I prepared a few more pictures to confirm with the doctor the breast shape I wanted. I was a bit nervous when the anesthesia started, but the anesthesiologist was very considerate and chatted with me as it took effect, and I fell asleep mid-conversation. After I woke up and the anesthesia gradually wore off, I started to feel sore and swollen, but nothing else was uncomfortable. During recovery it was also mainly soreness, with a pulled-muscle kind of pain only when I exerted myself.

Right after surgery my breasts felt quite tight. Around day four or five I started drinking an herbal recovery tonic to reduce swelling, and they gradually went from firm and springy to softer. By about the second week after surgery they were very soft. After surgery I took vitamins B and D and went back to the clinic for recovery IV drips, which I found quite effective; I wasn't as sore after going home.

One step closer to my ideal figure! A doctor's aesthetic sense matters!

I'm four months post-op, and my satisfaction is 8 out of 10. The missing 2 points are because I think they could be a bit bigger and perkier (right now they're almost too natural, hahaha; I personally like a slightly more enhanced look). Family and friends say they can't tell I had surgery and think they look very natural. Since the augmentation I can wear any style of clothing, and my curves look better as I sculpt my figure, so I'm getting closer to my ideal body!

If you want breast augmentation, find a good doctor and clinic. Make sure the doctor's aesthetic sense matches your needs and preferences, and look at plenty of the doctor's past cases. Otherwise it'd be a shame to pay for a revision later.
