Temporary symptoms such as bruising, redness, pain, itching, mild swelling, and feeling a bouncy substance at the injection site may occur within the first 3 days. These symptoms are normal and applying ice can help reduce redness and swelling.

The duration depends on individual physiology, post-treatment care, and lifestyle habits. With minor touch-ups, Restylane® effects can last up to 36 months.

An anesthetic cream will be applied for 15-20 minutes beforehand. Depending on the treatment area and dosage, the average procedure takes about 10-30 minutes to complete.
