MESMO Breast Augmentation Precautions
- Stop taking blood-thinning medications such as aspirin 2 weeks before surgery to reduce the risk of bleeding.
- Avoid smoking, alcohol consumption, and spicy foods before the surgery.
- Carefully disinfect and clean the wound during the first week post-surgery to prevent infection.
- Apply an ice pack 4-5 times a day for 5-10 minutes during the first week post-surgery to help reduce bleeding and pain.
- Bruising and swelling may occur within 2 weeks post-surgery but should subside within 7-14 days.
- Avoid lifting heavy objects for 1 month after surgery.
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 3 months post-surgery. Consult your doctor before resuming physical activity.

About MESMO Breast Augmentation
Fatigue Test: This simulates the dynamic forces on the breast
implant during activities like jogging. After the test, the
shell must show no defects. MESMO was tested through 36 million
cycles, which is equivalent to 10 years of weekly running at 180
km without any defects.
Elongation Test: This test checks the shell's ability to resist
deformation without damage. The minimum required elongation is
450%, while MESMO's shell achieves up to 850%.
Generally, it is recommended to rest for about 1-3 days post-surgery. Those with desk jobs or administrative work can usually return to work after this period, but for activities requiring physical exertion, it is advisable to wait for 1-3 months.
Studies show that women with breast implants do not have a higher risk of developing breast cancer compared to women without implants. Therefore, breast augmentation does not increase the risk of breast cancer.
