Renuvion
AM I A CANDIDATE?
For those seeking to tighten skin and reduce sagging
For individuals with localized fat deposits that are difficult
to eliminate
For those seeking quick recovery without long downtime
For those with sensitive skin needing a gentle treatment
What is Renuvion?
Pre-treatment loose subcutaneous tissue
Applying Renuvion
Post-treatment tightened subcutaneous tissue
Renuvion is a next-generation facelift technique that, through
a small incision, delivers helium gas to the treatment area. In
just 0.2 seconds, it heats the tissue to 85°C, causing skin’s
elastic fibers to contract, achieving a firming effect.
Compared to traditional facelifts, Renuvion requires only a few
small incisions, making post-operative care easier and reducing
recovery time. It is a safe, minimally invasive facelift
procedure.
Does Renuvion's high temperature
burn the skin?
Helium
Radio Frequency
Plasma
Although Renuvion can instantly heat to 85°C, it
simultaneously releases helium for rapid cooling, keeping the skin surface below 42°C to prevent burns.

Combined with liposuction
Slim and firm results
For a firming and contouring effect,
liposuction can be combined with Renuvion. The greatest advantage is that no additional incisions are
needed—the same incision from liposuction can be used to achieve
both slimming and skin tightening. This significantly reduces the
chances of uneven or sagging skin after the procedure, enhancing
overall results.

Renuvion Precautions
1
Wear compression garments for at least 22 hours a day, with
an average recovery period of 2-3 weeks. Compression
garments help reduce bruising and swelling, speeding up
recovery. It is recommended to wear them for at least 22
hours each day.
2
Avoid stimulants such as tobacco, alcohol, and coffee for
one month post-procedure.
3
Keep the wound clean and dry to prevent infection.
4
Avoid strenuous movements that could strain the treated
area.
5
Noticeable results appear after approximately 3 months, with
effects lasting 1-2 years. Due to Renuvion’s powerful
energy, post-treatment swelling subsides in about 6 weeks,
revealing the effects. However, aging continues over time,
and the duration of results will vary depending on
individual aging factors.
FAQ
About Renuvion
Renuvion can quickly tighten the skin and is effective over a
wide range of areas, including smaller areas such as the double
chin, axillary fat, and love handles, as well as larger areas
like the waist, abdomen, and buttocks. It’s ideal for those with
loose skin due to rapid weight loss or postpartum sagging, who
do not yet need a full facelift. Combining Renuvion with
liposuction can further enhance skin tightening after fat
removal.
Although Renuvion has only been available in Taiwan for less
than a year, it has been in use internationally with up to 3
years of follow-up, proving its safety. Additionally, Renuvion’s
introduction into Taiwan was closely regulated by the Ministry
of Health and Welfare, with all equipment meeting government
approval standards.
Renuvion is a minimally invasive procedure with very small
incisions, offering high safety. Unlike traditional facelifts
that leave long scars, Renuvion has minimal scarring, and
keeping the wound clean and dry post-procedure generally
prevents any side effects.
Local anesthesia is applied during Renuvion treatment, so there
is no pain during the procedure. After the treatment, there may
be mild soreness or numbness, which subsides over time.
Renuvion is a minimally invasive procedure with a recovery
period of about 1-2 weeks, and it does not require
hospitalization. Patients who undergo general anesthesia can
stay for a few hours post-procedure until the anesthesia wears
off, and are advised to avoid intense exercise for one week.
Renuvion uses small incisions, typically around 2-5mm. As long
as the wound is kept dry and clean, it will gradually fade and
become barely visible within six months.
It is recommended to wear compression garments around the clock
for the first week post-Renuvion to help shape the treated area.
After the first week, wearing it for at least 8 hours per day is
advised, ideally for a month.
Renuvion is generally priced per treatment area. Common areas
include the face, neck, upper arms, front and back of the
axillary area, back, chest, abdomen, and thighs, with costs
typically ranging from 60,000 to 80,000 NTD per area.
Renuvion is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding
individuals, those with skin damage, open wounds in the
treatment area, keloid tendencies, liver or kidney disease,
diabetes, cancer, blood clotting disorders, pacemakers, or
metallic implants in the treatment area.
