Sebbin breast augmentation case: small breasts, too little fat and fibrocystic changes ruling out fat transfer. After an assessment with Dr. Kuo-Chun Liao and a 3D simulation, she chose Sebbin implants through a periareolar incision. Afterward she felt more dizzy than sore, with mild pain. She returned daily for IV drips for seven days and resumed weight training after a month; six weeks later the incision was barely visible.

"I'm Doris, I'm 40, and I work in online marketing. Since my school days I've wanted a better figure. In recent years friends around me have been getting breast augmentation, and last year I thought their results looked great. Plus, prices keep rising, so I decided to do it this year..."
I'd tried breast-enhancement massage. Eating certain foods to grow your breasts is definitely an urban legend; it's impossible! I've tried it all! Once I started thinking about breast augmentation, I did lots of research online. Many articles share failed cases, but after consulting a few clinics in person, you realize it comes down to skill: a good clinic and a good doctor give you peace of mind.
After hesitating for 20 years, I finally committed to breast augmentation
I've wanted breast augmentation since high school. I'm not tall, so I wanted better proportions in clothes, and once I started working I wanted to look more confident too. But the main reason I did it is that I'm 40 now and want to be more myself in how I dress. I also really dislike wearing bras; they're such a hassle. After breast augmentation I feel free of that. Besides feeling more confident, I can wear so many more clothes!
Fat or implants? Which incision?
I didn't choose fat transfer because, first, I don't have much fat; second, I have fibrocystic changes, so fat transfer isn't an option for me; and third, friends who had fat transfer saw it disappear after two or three years. Implants have a longer warranty and need no top-ups. As for the implant, I didn't have much sense of sizes and models at first; I went entirely by feel. I felt Sebbin looked and felt the way I wanted. I also felt Motiva, but it was very bouncy and big, not what I was after. I wanted something natural that feels comfortable in clothes.
I chose a periareolar incision. A friend who had an underarm incision ended up with bruising in the underarm and back that took one to two months to heal. With a breast-fold incision, an intimate partner will definitely see it, so I went with the areola. The areola's color is close to the scar's, and so far I can no longer see the incision; it's healed very well. I'd recommend a periareolar incision to everyone.
My second surgery under general anesthesia, fully prepared
I'd had general anesthesia once before for a health reason, so I knew the process and wasn't very worried this time. I was also mentally prepared for when the anesthesia wore off.
Anyone who says there's no pain at all after the anesthesia wears off isn't telling the truth, but I felt more dizzy than sore, nothing unbearable, just tired. If you take your medication and rest well for the first three days, it passes quickly. And the satisfaction and joy afterward are totally worth a week or two of discomfort.
100% satisfied, with tons of positive feedback
It's about six weeks after surgery, and I'm 100% satisfied. Women hate wearing bras, so I still haven't bought one. First, I don't know my size yet, and the doctor said I don't need one yet. Second, going braless in summer is so convenient. Third, I can try clothes I couldn't wear before or that looked like pajamas on me. Now they don't look like pajamas at all, and it's a big boost overall
I run my own social media and told everyone I was getting breast augmentation, so lots of people know, and many have asked me about it. I've encouraged some to make their own dream come true. Everyone around me has been positive, with no negative comments at all. The only negative one came from my mom, who said, a few days after surgery when I was sore, that I'd paid to suffer, haha.
Thoughtful service and skilled doctors at NAISS CLINIC
NAISS CLINIC's pre-surgery 3D simulation is very advanced and reassuring. It shows you how your breasts will look lying down, sitting, standing and running, and with such a realistic simulation I wasn't as nervous before surgery.
For seven days after surgery I went back to NAISS CLINIC every day for an IV drip to ease discomfort and to have my incisions dressed. Dr. Liao checks your incision and recovery and teaches you how to care for them. I only went back to weight training and exercise after a month. Apart from NAISS CLINIC's aftercare, I didn't do much else, just drank collagen, rested and drank plenty of water.
Throughout, from the pre-surgery consultation to aftercare, I found NAISS CLINIC's manager and consultants very attentive, and Dr. Liao's skill excellent. I had Sebbin implants, and NAISS is a certified Sebbin center, which reassured me
What to eat after breast augmentation, and how long recovery takes: a doctor answers
If it's on your bucket list, do it!
If it's on your bucket list, do it! You'll be happy for a very long time!
First, I'd suggest asking at a few more clinics. Second, you must feel the implants. My perspective may be a little different, because I was single when I had breast augmentation. I didn't go along with whatever size or implant a boyfriend wanted, because in the end your breasts are yours; boyfriends may change, but your body is your own, and you have to take care of it yourself.
If you really want breast augmentation, put yourself at the center when deciding the size, implant and look you want. I really recommend Dr. Liao. He's very professional and explains things in detail, and he's meticulous with incisions and with caring for us. So if you're having breast augmentation, NAISS CLINIC definitely belongs on your list of clinics to consider.
