Perle breast augmentation case: with a petite frame and a flat chest, she was assessed by Dr. Kuo-Chun Liao and, using a 3D simulation, chose 275cc Perle implants to avoid going too large. The first week after surgery was mainly swelling and weakness across the chest, recovery sped up in the second week, and her breasts began to soften at about three months.

"I'm Gigi, I'm 27, and I'm a graphic designer. I'm naturally very slim and have hardly any chest. Since high school I was teased for being flat. A guy once told me, "If you had boobs, I'd ask you out," and someone who accidentally bumped my chest said, "Ouch! I think I broke something." So I've wanted breast augmentation since high school, but I was afraid of surgery, so it took until now to decide..."
Endless flat-chest mishaps, both embarrassing and infuriating
From high school on, boys in my class teased me for being flat, even saying, "If you had boobs, I'd ask you out." As an adult I started working out, and sports bra pads are pretty thin, so sometimes when I bent down lifting weights, you could see all the way to my belly button. Lots of outfits only look good with stick-on bras, but I'm completely flat, and stick-on bras need some curve to stick to. I don't even have a curve, so they just wouldn't stay on, haha. So I could only choose clothes with thick padding, which are hot and uncomfortable when you sweat.
Choosing the newest implant material, and a lifetime warranty matters so much!
My goal was clear: I have a small frame, so I wanted to look fuller without being too big, and the doctor recommended 275cc. As for material, I didn't do much research before the consultation; I figured if I'm doing it, I'll pick the newest. I think if something is the newest, it must have passed lots of tests and be better than older implants in some way to be released. Another big advantage of Perle is its lifetime warranty. I was very afraid of a bad outcome, so Perle's lifetime warranty was hugely important to me. With surgery you always worry about needing a revision, and Perle's lifetime warranty put my mind at ease.

I consulted 2 clinics, and 3D simulation was why I chose NAISS CLINIC
I chose a clinic by looking at cases, so I picked 2 clinics with lots of good cases. In the end, the key reason I chose NAISS CLINIC was 3D simulation. I think 3D simulation really makes a difference, because without it you don't know what you'll end up looking like. Having a 3D simulation to look at is reassuring. I also found Dr. Liao very professional. He showed me lots of cases and told me which implants, incisions and sizes they used, and explained in detail how to care for myself after surgery. I bombarded him with questions at the pre-op consultation, and he answered every one in detail.
Recovery was much faster than I imagined: satisfaction 12 out of 10
I was super excited on surgery day, feeling that after waiting so long I was finally going to become prettier. I was a little nervous too, worried about bleeding, difficult aftercare, infection and so on; the internet had scared me, haha. But afterward it was honestly fine, and healing was quite fast. Only the first week was noticeable, and it didn't hurt: just swelling, a sore lower back and less strength in my chest. In the second week, recovery flew by. During recovery the clinic had me come in for IV drips; I think I had 5, more than after my jaw contouring and rhinoplasty before, which I found very reassuring.
Quite a few of my female friends have had breast augmentation too, and they told me not to stress during recovery; your breasts naturally soften with time. So I never had thoughts like "Did it go wrong?" or "Why are they still hard?" At about 3 months, my breasts started to soften, though I felt the two sides recovered at slightly different speeds. The left side's softness and natural drop look beautiful and natural, while the right side has settled a little more slowly.
I'm now 5 months post-op, and my satisfaction is 12 out of 10!! I think recovery was faster than I expected and it looks very natural; everything turned out even better than I imagined.

Full confidence after surgery, and my boyfriend's very honest review!!
Now I just feel the world has become a better place, and clothes look great on me. The stick-on bra and sports bra problems are solved too. One day after surgery I invited all my female friends over to show them, haha, and they all said, "Gorgeous!" and "So~ pretty~!" My boyfriend didn't object at all before surgery; he was super supportive, haha. What I remember most is something very honest and funny he said: "Babe, they may be fake, but they feel amazing."
Choose what suits you, and stay true to your own taste
My advice: don't overthink it, just go for it, and the sooner the better. Everyone seems to say that, haha, but I actually regret not doing it sooner; I'm already 27, which feels late for breast augmentation.
Also, I believe everyone has a size that suits them. I think the size I chose is just right, because I'm petite with a small frame, so I never wanted huge breasts. I wouldn't recommend going as big as possible; choose the size that suits you best. Of course everyone's preferences differ; some like big, some like small, and that's personal taste, so stay true to yours and don't just follow trends!
