Before Treatment
- The treatment is not recommended if you are allergic to BDDE, hyaluronic acid, or glycerin
- The treatment is not recommended for minors, or for people with an infection, an active autoimmune disease, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding
After Treatment
- Keep the treated area out of sunlight and UV exposure, and use hypoallergenic cleansing, moisturizing, and sun protection products
- Avoid swimming pools, saunas, and similar places for one week after treatment to prevent excessive loss of skin moisture
- After injection you may experience side effects such as swelling, nodules, bruising, hematoma, pain, itching, and numbness. A cold compress can ease the discomfort, and these typically disappear within a few hours to a few days
