near the ear. The anterior cheekbone is cut in an
L-shape and pushed inward.
The cut bone is fixed inward and backward for shaping.
Both the anterior and posterior cheekbones are pushed

The soft tissue is repositioned over the new cheekbone

Cheekbone contouring focuses on
reducing the prominence and width of the cheekbones. Incisions are made in the upper gum and the hairline near the
